What is Mental Health?
The dictionary defines “Mental Health” as follows:
“A state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life.”
Good mental health means being the best, healthiest, most positive version of yourself you can be and getting the most out of your life. As mental health counselors, we are devoted to helping our clients reach their fullest potential.
All of our counselors have a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, each with his or her own areas of speciality and emphasis. Take a look at our counselors’ profiles to learn more about us.
